Developing The Skills ...

The greatest desires in life are difficult to achieve without the development of "skill sets". Knowing what to do and how to do it in the least expensive way from a personal resource standpoint are key skills. In essence, knowing the simplest path in life to personal satisfaction and financial security. One of the many paths to success is through investment in real estate and its related activities, such as discounted mortgages, tax liens and deeds, property rehabilitation and the like while maintaining a balance in life.
The source of my greatest professional growth and personal satisfaction has come from the development of these financial and "life skills". They have benefited me and countless others from the time of their discovery and application. I sincerely look forward to the opportunity of being involved in your path of discovery and development of these life skills.

Application ...

There is no substitute for applying what one has learned. Application hones and sharpens the skills. Sir Frances Bacon, a philosopher and author once stated, "Knowledge is power". I don't disagree with that, but if I might improve upon his statement ... more correctly, I believe it should be, "Correctly applied knowledge is power
".
